研究了后注浆灌注桩管道的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、断裂韧性以及显微结构。结果表明,灌注桩管道的横向力学性能与纵向力学性能的波动范围相当,体现出了较好的管道均匀性。不论是在1倍还是2倍的弯曲直径下,试样的表面都没有发现明显的裂纹,弯曲性能较好。施工现场的管道在-20℃下的冲击功都满足了管道标准的要求,并未达到韧脆性转变温度,在低温下具有良好的韧性。
The tensile properties, flexural properties, fracture toughness and microstructure of post grouting piles were studied. The results show that the lateral mechanical properties of the piles and the longitudinal mechanical properties of the fluctuation range, reflecting the better pipeline uniformity. No significant crack was found on the surface of the specimen at any bending radius of 1 or 2 times and the bending properties were better. The impact energy of the pipeline at the construction site at -20 ° C meets the requirements of the pipeline standard, does not reach the ductile-brittle transition temperature, and has good toughness at low temperatures.
