职业教育作为中国教育体系中不可或缺的一部分,有着其独特的作用和地位。中国正在举办世界上规模最大的职业教育。随着新一代学生的迅速成长,娇生惯养备受宠爱的他们在学习中往往出现以个人为中心、思想固执、学习浮躁、缺乏理性思考等问题,对象的复杂性给我国职业教育也带来了新的挑战。怎样让我们的职业教育更卓有成效,在职业教育过程中的课程教学设计更充实、更合适学生、更富有意义,进而促进学生们职业知识技能的掌握。本文对此做了几点粗浅的思考和讨论。
