糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)为糖病常见并发症之一,也是致残较常见原因,严重影响患者的生活质量。笔者于2003～2007年采用补阳还五汤联合腺苷钴胺治疗本病36例,取得了较好疗效,并与单用腺苷钴胺治疗的30例作对照观察,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料两组76例均来自我院门诊和住院病人。将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组36例中,男19例,女17例;年龄43～75岁,平均(60.2±7.5)岁;糖尿病病程6.1～20.2年;DPN病程2.5
