基于极限状态设计的欧洲岩土工程设计规范包含了几乎所有欧洲国家最新的信息和最顶尖专家的意见,代表了当前的最高水平。它的出现极大地促进了欧盟内部的技术交流,影响着世界各国的岩土工程设计理念与规范。为了增加对欧洲规范的了解,简要介绍了欧洲规范的发展过程和岩土工程设计规范的特点。
The European Geotechnical Design Code, based on a state of limit design, contains the latest information and the opinions of the best experts in almost all European countries and represents the current highest level. Its emergence has greatly promoted the technical exchange within the EU and affected the geotechnical engineering concepts and norms of all countries in the world. In order to increase the understanding of European norms, a brief description of the development of European norms and the characteristics of geotechnical design codes is given.
