金属硫化物被广泛地应用于光催化、太阳能电池、光学元件等各个领域,具有广阔的发展前景。采用微波法制备金属硫化物光催化剂,具有反应时间短、能耗低、且产物粒径小、粒子分布均匀等优点,有效提高了催化剂的光催化活性。综述了近年来微波法制备二元金属硫化物、多元金属硫化物光催化剂及其催化性能的研究进展,并对微波法在该研究领域的应用前景进行了展望。
Metal sulfides are widely used in photocatalysis, solar cells, optical components and other fields, with broad prospects for development. The preparation of metal sulfide photocatalysts by microwave has the advantages of short reaction time, low energy consumption, small particle size and uniform particle distribution, and effectively improves the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst. In this paper, the recent progress in the preparation of binary metal sulfides and multimetallic sulfides photocatalysts by microwave and their catalytic properties are reviewed. The prospects of application of microwave in this field are also discussed.
