新农村建设需要电力服务水平的再提高,需要电力供应的更可靠,需要电气化建设配套服务,需要良好的环境早在1994年,天津市静海县就按照原电力部农村电气化建设标准,在天津率先通过了国家农村电气化县验收。根据国家电网公司的安排,“十一五”时期,静海县完成8个乡镇和149个自然村的新农村电气化建设任务。作为服务新农村建设的重要组成部分,静海县供电有限公司在2006年全面启动了这项工作,完成了阶段性目标,并把国家电网公司“新农村、新电力、新服务”农电发展战略,细化为以“新目标、新思路、新形象、新实践”为内容的企业举措。
