本文从基础教育地理新课程标准和新教材对教师的要求出发,结合前人的研究成果,归纳出新课程背景下中学地理教师必须具备:高度的敬业精神,科学合理的知识结构,全面发展的能力结构和健康的身心素质。这是新课程对教师素质提出的新的要求,教师必须努力提高自身素质以适应新课程。
Based on the requirements of new curriculum standards and new textbooks for teachers of basic education and geography, combined with the achievements of previous researches, the author concludes that geography teachers in middle schools must possess: a high degree of dedication, a scientific and rational knowledge structure, an all-round development Ability structure and healthy physical and mental qualities. This is a new curriculum for teachers of new qualifications put forward requirements, teachers must strive to improve their own quality to adapt to the new curriculum.
