本文作者从1960.1~1980.12共21年间,在各大整形外科中汇集了因运动所致疲劳性骨折162例,其中男性111例,女性51例,以胫骨最多。在81例疾跑型胫骨疲劳性骨折中,其发生部位多见于胫骨的上、中1/3~1/4(71例,87.7%)。而在欧美则多见于胫骨的中部和下、中1/3位。其发生部位的分布,与笔者调查的结果有显著不同。笔者认为,这种差异是否与日本人的小腿多倾向于内翻,相反欧美人多倾向外翻有关?为了证实其推断究竟是否正确,通过光弹性实验,从生物力学角度加以研讨,并将其有价值的结果予以摘要报告。材料与方法对日本成人的正常、内翻
