一、规划设计 综合中心北部为商业区,南部为居住区,区内设环形道路。街心花园为集中绿地,步行区绿化为绿带,利用现有水道结合建筑布局扩大水面。商场与十相祠、文娱厅相对,形成横贯东西的步行商业街。公寓、综合服务楼与商场组成商业广场,设地上及地下停车场。十相祠位于商业区中心,游人经街心花园步入其中。十相祠、盆景园、游廊与水面、绿化为游人提供了游览、休息场所。
I. Planning and design The northern part of the comprehensive center is a commercial area, and the south part is a residential area. Circular roads are set in the area. The Street Center Garden is a centralized green space, and the green area of the pedestrian area is a green belt. The existing waterway is used to combine the building layout to expand the water surface. The mall is opposite to the Ten-phase Memorial Hall and the Culture and Entertainment Hall, forming a pedestrian mall that runs across the east and west. Apartments, general service buildings and shopping malls form a commercial plaza with above-ground and underground parking lots. Shixiang Temple is located in the center of the business district. Visitors walk into the garden through the street. Ten-phase temples, bonsai gardens, verandas and water, and greenery provide visitors with places to visit and rest.
