高密度脂蛋白受体是胆固醇的代谢和转运机制中的关键环节 ,为了探讨有氧运动预防AS的发生和控制AS斑块进展的分子机制 ,本项目采用RT -PCR等方法研究了有氧运动对ApoE基因缺陷小鼠高密度脂蛋白受体SR -BI基因表达的影响。实验结果提示 ,有氧运动对AS斑块进展的抑制作用与组织SR -BI表达上调有关 ,有氧运动对SR -BI基因表达的影响涉及一个负反馈调节机制。
