目的建立恒温水浴-微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定7种消毒剂中汞含量的方法。方法消毒剂样品经90℃水浴加热预消解后按程序升温进行微波消解,消解液中的汞离子在酸性条件下与还原剂反应生成汞蒸气,进入原子荧光光谱仪后测定荧光强度。结果方法标准曲线范围0~15μg/L,r=0.9995,方法检出限为0.17μg/kg,以精密度考察方法重现性,不同浓度的RSD均小于4.2%,高、中、低三个浓度水平的加标回收率在87%~105%。结论所建方法干扰少、准确性高、重现性好、灵敏快速,适用于7种不同类型消毒剂中汞含量的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of mercury in seven disinfectants by thermostatic water bath - microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The disinfectant samples were pre-digested by 90 ℃ water bath and microwave digested according to the programmed temperature. The mercury ions in the digestion solution reacted with the reductant under acidic conditions to produce mercury vapor. The fluorescence intensity was measured after entering the atomic fluorescence spectrometer. Results The standard curve range of the method was 0 ~ 15μg / L, r = 0.9995. The detection limit of the method was 0.17μg / kg. The precision of the method was reproducible. The RSDs of different concentrations were all less than 4.2% The spiked recoveries at the concentration levels ranged from 87% to 105%. Conclusion The proposed method has less interference, high accuracy, good reproducibility and sensitivity. It is suitable for the determination of mercury in seven different types of disinfectants.
