班主任是班集体的组织者、教育者和指导者,是学校领导者实施教育、教学工作计划的得力助手,也是学校与教师之家沟通的桥梁。班主任工作的好坏,直接影响到学生能否成人、成才。要当好班主任,必须付出艰辛的劳动,在工作中大胆探索,努力实践,摸索出一套适应新时期学生特点的工作方法。文章旨在对小学班级管理中的“情绪”与“理性”之间的协调进行分析并据此提出相应的措施。
The class teacher is the collective organizer, educator and mentor of the class, and is the right-hand man for the school leaders to implement the education and teaching work plan. It is also the bridge between the school and the teacher’s house. Class teacher work is good or bad, a direct impact on whether the students adults, talent. To be a good head teacher, we must make painstaking efforts, boldly explore in our work, and work hard to find out a set of working methods that are appropriate to the characteristics of students in the new era. The article aims to analyze the coordination between “emotions” and “rationality” in the class management of primary schools and put forward the corresponding measures accordingly.
