俗话说,没有规矩,不成方圆。班规是班级的规章制度,是班级精神的具体体现,班规是教育公平理念的载体。教育公平包括起点公平,过程公平和结果公平。班规应体现教育公平理念,从班规内容上,班规语言上,班规的执行过程中和班规的重新修改中去适应每一个学生,发展每一个学生,以及最大限度地发展每一个学生,这也是教育公平观在班规上的要求。班规应体现教育公平理念,公平的班规能让学生感觉不到约束,而是主动地去适应班规,学生能更好地管理自己,班集体能更加良性发展。
