目前,对预应力碳纤维增强复合材料CFRP布加固损伤梁疲劳性能研究很少。首先,设计一套杠杆型疲劳试验加载体系,并对张拉锚固装置进行完善。对3根试验梁进行相同程度预裂损伤后,对损伤梁进行不同预应力水平CFRP布加固;最后,对加固后的损伤梁进行疲劳试验。试验结果表明:对CFRP布施加预应力能限制裂缝的发展,提高加固梁的刚度,降低CFRP布应变幅和钢筋应变幅,从而使加固梁的疲劳寿命有较大幅度的提高,并且预应力水平越高,加固梁疲劳性能的改善越明显。
At present, little research has been done on the fatigue properties of CFRP sheets strengthened with prestressed carbon fiber reinforced composites. First, we design a lever-type fatigue test loading system and perfect the tension anchorage device. After pre-splitting the three test beams to the same extent, the CFRP sheets with different pre-stress levels were reinforced for the damaged beams. Finally, the fatigue test of the damaged beams was carried out. The experimental results show that prestressing the CFRP sheet can limit the development of cracks, increase the rigidity of the reinforced beam, reduce the strain amplitude of CFRP sheet and the strain amplitude of the reinforcement, so that the fatigue life of the reinforced beam is greatly improved, and the prestress level The higher the improvement of the fatigue properties of reinforced beams, the more obvious.
