实验取自14例产后死亡的胎儿,胎龄12~40周,对其视皮质神经元进行电镜观察及立体计量分析。结果表明:(1)视皮质神经元在发育早期(12周胎龄)时,可依细胞大小、核及胞质中的细胞器鉴别神经元和神经胶质细胞;(2)视皮质神经元发育过程中,核质比例逐渐减小,细胞核体密度逐渐减少,核仁与胞质的体密度呈上升趋势(3)线粒体、粗面内质网、核糖体的体密度呈明显上升趋势,滑面内质网、高尔基复合体及溶酶体的体密度也有不同程度的上升。
Fourteen fetuses were killed after giving birth. The gestational age ranged from 12 to 40 weeks. The visual cortex neurons were observed by electron microscopy and stereometrical analysis. The results showed that: (1) neurons and glial cells were differentiated by organelles in cell size, nucleus and cytoplasm at the early stage of development (12 weeks gestational age); (2) Visual cortex neurons In the process, the proportion of nuclear matter decreased, the density of nucleus decreased gradually, and the body density of nucleolus and cytoplasm increased (3) The body density of mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome increased obviously, The body density of endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi complex and lysosome also increased to some extent.
