超大型浮式网架结构应用于海洋工程是一种新兴理念,目前关于浮式网架结构的球节点研究还远远不能满足实际工程的需要。设置加劲肋是提高焊接空心球节点承载力的一个重要途径,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对带加劲肋的焊接空心球节点进行数值模拟分析。依据有限元分析结果,得到加载过程中球节点上受力最不利点的荷载—应变关系曲线。通过对球节点的受力变形特点进行分析,比较加劲肋对球节点力学性能的优化程度,最终优选出加劲肋的型式与布置方式,为今后浮式网架结构的设计与工程实践提供可靠的理论依据。
The application of very large floating grid structure to offshore engineering is a new idea. At present, the research on the ball joints of floating grid structure is far from meeting the needs of practical projects. Setting stiffeners is an important way to improve the bearing capacity of welded hollow ball joints. The numerical simulation of welded hollow ball joints with stiffeners is carried out by ABAQUS finite element software. Based on the results of finite element analysis, the load-strain curve of the most unfavorable point on the ball joint during loading is obtained. Through the analysis of the force and deformation characteristics of the ball joints, the optimization of the mechanical properties of the ball joints by the stiffener is compared. Finally, the type and arrangement of the stiffeners are optimized, which provides a reliable basis for the future design and engineering practice of the floating lattice structure Theoretical basis.
