本文研究了10例病人(6男,4女,平均年龄70±10岁)在脑梗塞后头三天的血压、静脉血和尿液的儿茶酚胺及血浆肾素活性的变化。在中风后的第二、第三天血压显著下降。血浆肾上腺素的浓度在第三天也减少。去甲肾上腺素的浓度在这三天中维持不变。肾素活性在第三天显著增高。血压和血浆的儿茶酚胺或肾素之间未发现相关关系。然而
In this paper, the changes of catecholamine and plasma renin activity in 10 patients (6 males, 4 females, mean age 70 ± 10 years) in blood pressure, venous blood and urine for the first three days after cerebral infarction were studied. The second and third post-stroke blood pressure dropped significantly. Plasma adrenaline concentrations also decreased on the third day. The concentration of norepinephrine remained unchanged for three days. Renin activity increased significantly on the third day. No correlation was found between blood pressure and plasma catecholamines or renin. however
