目的比较3种药物对牙本质脱敏治疗的即刻及远期临床疗效。方法分别用75%氟化钠甘油糊剂、氢氧化钙糊剂、Prime&Bond NT粘合剂治疗牙本质过敏症患者51例,共161颗患牙,对比观察3组的即刻及远期疗效。结果即刻疗效:75%氟化钠甘油糊剂组为70.31%,氢氧化钙糊剂组为63.26%,Prime&Bond NT粘合剂组为93.10%;远期疗效:75%氟化钠甘油糊剂组为63.46%,氢氧化钙糊剂组为65.31%,Prime&Bond NT粘合剂组为63.64%。结论 Prime&Bond NT粘合剂用于牙本质过敏的治疗有较好的即刻疗效。3种药物对牙本质脱敏治疗的远期疗效差别无统计学意义。
Objective To compare the immediate and long-term clinical effects of three drugs on desensitization of dentin. Methods Fifty-one patients with dentine hypersensitivity were treated with 75% sodium fluoride glycerol paste, calcium hydroxide paste and Prime & Bond NT adhesive respectively. A total of 161 teeth were observed. The immediate and long-term effects of the three groups were observed. RESULTS Immediate curative effect: 70.31% in 75% sodium fluoride glycerol paste group, 63.26% in calcium hydroxide paste group and 93.10% in Prime & Bond NT adhesive group; Long-term efficacy: 75% sodium fluoride glycerin paste group 63.46% for the calcium hydroxide paste, 65.31% for the calcium hydroxide paste and 63.64% for the Prime & Bond NT adhesive. Conclusion Prime & Bond NT adhesives are effective in treating dentin hypersensitivity. There was no significant difference in the long-term effects of the three drugs on desensitization of dentin.
