21世纪是一个多元化的世纪,是一个百花齐放的世纪。新世纪的人才素质应是创造型、复合型、协作型的,而创造型人才指的是创造精神、创新能力很强的人。习近平总书记在参加全国科普日活动时强调,全社会要弘扬创新精神,提高创新能力,为建设创新型国家奠定坚实群众基础。由此可见,创新已是新时代的主旋律。作为一名教师和班主任,更应在教育、教学以及班集体建设中关爱学生,激发学生的创新思维,培养学生的创新意识,组建和谐教育群体。
The 21st century is a pluralistic century and a century of flourishing flowers. The quality of qualified personnel in the new century should be creative, complex and cooperative, while creative talents refer to those who are creative and capable of innovation. When attending the National Science Popularization Day, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the whole society should carry forward the spirit of innovation, enhance innovation capability and lay a solid mass foundation for building an innovative nation. This shows that innovation is the main theme of the new era. As a teacher and head teacher, we should care for students in education, teaching and class construction, inspire students ’innovative thinking, cultivate students’ innovative awareness and form harmonious education groups.
