目的对计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制造(CAD/CAM)全瓷嵌体与复合树脂充填后牙Ⅱ类洞的临床疗效进行分析。方法后牙Ⅱ类洞缺损的患者60例,按照修复时使用材料的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组使用复合树脂充填,观察组使用CAD/CAM全瓷嵌体修复。对两组患者牙修复的临床疗效进行分析。结果观察组患者的修复体折裂、脱落、边缘密合、继发龈与对照组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而观察组患者的修复体磨损(3.3%)与边缘着色(33.3%)低于对照组(20.0%、60.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在修复6个月后随访发现,观察组患者的修复成功率93.3%明显高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CAD/CAM全瓷嵌体修复后牙Ⅱ类洞的效果要好于复合树脂修复的效果,具有耐磨性比较高的优势,极大的避免了聚合收缩、渗漏、边缘着色少等现象,值得推广和使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of computer aided design / computer aided manufacturing (CAD / CAM) all - ceramic inlays and composite resin filled posterior. Methods Sixty patients with posterior dental defects of type II were divided into control group and observation group according to different materials used for repair. Each group included 30 cases. The control group was filled with composite resin and the observation group was repaired with CAD / CAM all-ceramic inlay. The clinical efficacy of dental restoration in both groups was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). In the observation group, there was no significant difference between the restoration group and the control group (P> 0.05) (33.3%) was lower than the control group (20.0%, 60.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Follow-up after 6 months of repair found that the repair group’s success rate was 93.3% in the observation group was significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The effect of CAD / CAM all-ceramic intima in the repair of posterior cavity II is better than that of composite resin restoration. It has the advantage of relatively high abrasion resistance and greatly avoids the phenomenon of polymerization shrinkage, leakage and edge coloration, Worth to promote and use.
