基于犹豫模糊BWM与MOORA的多属性决策方法

针对多属性决策存在的信息不确定性与决策补偿性问题,提出基于犹豫模糊BWM与MOORA的多属性决策方法.采用犹豫模糊语义术语集(hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set,HFLTS)表达评价信息来解决专家在多个语义术语间犹豫不定的问题,并纳入比率分析多目标优化法(multi-objective optimization by ratio analysis,MOORA)中对备选方案进行排序,以区间数的形式表达专家评价矩阵,以计算得到的标准绩效值的平均数作为最终的方案优选依据.针对传统的MOORA中属性权重需要从外部获取的问题,采用犹豫模糊数改进的最优最劣法(best-worst method,BWM)确定属性权重.最后,以某企业选购工业机器人问题为例,验证所提方法的有效性.
