目的对新建废旧铅酸蓄电池回收利用项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,确保其正式投产后符合国家职业卫生法律和标准,保护劳动者的健康。方法根据职业卫生学调查和现场职业病危害因素检测结果,按规范进行综合评价。结果该新建项目存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物、噪声和高温等,其主要化学毒物有铅烟、铅尘、硫酸等,各作业点、巡检点职业病危害因素浓度或强度基本符合国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业卫生防护基本符合相关规定的要求,职业病危害控制措施有效。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on newly-built lead-acid batteries recycling projects, ensure that they are in compliance with the national occupational health laws and standards after they are put into production, and protect the health of laborers. Methods According to the results of occupational hygiene investigation and the detection of occupational hazards in the field, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation according to the regulations. Results The occupational hazards that existed in the new project were chemical poison, noise and high temperature. The main chemical toxicants were lead smoke, lead dust and sulfuric acid. The concentrations or intensities of occupational hazard factors at each operation point and inspection point basically met the requirements of national occupational health standard. Conclusion This project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. The occupational health protection basically meets the requirements of relevant regulations and the occupational disease hazard control measures are effective.
