目的了解高中学生近几年的健康状况,为学校卫生工作提供参考。方法选取山东省邹城市第一中学2003-2012年期间6年的体检记录,分析健康体检结果。结果身高上等和体质量上等的学生逐年增多,平均身高有逐渐增长趋势。学生营养状况总体堪忧,体质量超标、肥胖和轻、中度营养不良同时存在,视力不良率在90%以上,高于全省平均水平。结论高中学生健康状况不容乐观,学生常见病防治任务重大,学校卫生工作应给与更多的关注。
Objective To understand the health status of high school students in recent years and provide reference for the school health work. Methods Six years of physical examination records of the first middle school in Zoucheng City, Shandong Province during the period of 2003 to 2012 were selected to analyze the results of physical examination. The result is that students of the highest class and highest quality are increasing year by year with average height increasing gradually. Overall nutritional status of students worrying, excessive body mass, obesity and light, moderate malnutrition exist at the same time, visual acuity rate of 90% or more, higher than the provincial average. Conclusions The health status of senior high school students is not optimistic. The prevention and treatment of common diseases are of great importance. School health work should pay more attention.
