本文比较系统地综述了近年来劳动供给理论研究的新进展。文章首先以标准的新古典经济学个体劳动供给模型为基础,分别讨论了跨期决策、劳动市场的参与以及工资内生化等问题,并指出,新古典劳动供给理论最近的发展主要体现在经验实证方面,本文给出了这方面代表性的研究成果。同时,本文进一步指出,劳动供给理论的研究正沿着行为经济学拓展的新领域展开,本文详细讨论了这一行为劳动供给理论,并比较其和新古典理论的主要分歧。结论部分指出劳动供给理论未来可能的研究方向。
This article systematically reviews the recent advances in labor supply theory research. Based on the standard model of individual labor supply in neoclassical economics, the dissertation discusses the issues of intertemporal decision-making, labor market participation and wage biochemistry respectively. It points out that the recent development of neoclassical labor supply theory is mainly reflected in the empirical evidence Aspects, this article gives the representative research results in this field. At the same time, the paper further points out that the research of labor supply theory is proceeding along with the new field of behavioral economics expansion. This article discusses the theory of labor supply in detail and compares its main differences with neoclassical theory. The conclusion part points out the possible future research direction of labor supply theory.
