临床思维能力是在临床实践中运用基础理论知识和临床基本技能,对具体的临床问题进行分析和思考,做出科学的判断能力,是从事护理工作的护士必须具备的基本素质,也是衡量护理质量和护理水平高低的标准~([1])。临床护理工作中,调查资料显示:60%~70%轮班护士为低年资护士,存在工作时间短,临床经验不足,应急能力低等现象。为此,我科利用晨交接班对低年资护士进行思维能力的培养,提高护士的综合能力,取得较好的效果。
Clinical thinking ability is the use of basic theoretical knowledge and clinical basic skills in clinical practice to analyze and think about specific clinical problems and to make scientific judgment. It is the basic qualities that nurses engaged in nursing work must possess and also measures the quality of nursing And the level of care standards ~ ([1]). Clinical nursing work, survey data show that: 60% to 70% shift nurses for the low-grade nurses, there is a short working hours, lack of clinical experience, emergency response capacity is low and so on. To this end, we make use of the morning delivery to nurture the ability of thinking young nurses to improve their comprehensive ability and achieve better results.
