野外观察和描述是地质调查、勘查最基本且最重要的手段,也是地质工作者必须掌握的基本功。本文结合最新发布的技术规范要求,结合甘肃省第四纪地层特点及分布,对野外土体观察和描述的内容进行了概要总结,对不同目的水文地质、工程地质角度的对土体的观察着眼点进行了分析,并对开展野外调查工作中如何提高调查质量、取得更有价值的原始资料提出了相关建议。
Field observation and description are the most basic and important means of geological survey and prospecting, and they are also the basic skills that geological workers must master. Combined with the latest published specifications and the characteristics and distribution of Quaternary stratigraphy in Gansu Province, this paper summarizes the observations and descriptions of the soils in the field and observes the soils for different purposes of hydrogeology and engineering geology Point analysis, and put forward relevant suggestions on how to improve the quality of the investigation and obtain more valuable raw data in the field investigation work.
