肾上腺素注射液的 pH 值和灌充容量有着非常密切的关系。灌充容量低(就是安瓿中剩余的空间多)能使 PH 值大大地降低。作者按照中国药典(1953年版)232页所载的处方和方法制备了肾上腺素注射液,将溶液以20毫升的安瓿,分别灌充了97%,82%,75%,50%的容量四种,即是有的灌得很满,使溶液占全安瓿总容积的97%;有的灌得少些,使溶液仅占全安瓿总容积的50%。按照中国药典所规定的方法灭菌后,长期储放于纸盒中,在喑处(抽屉中)保存。以 Metrohm 牌的电动pH 仪分别测定各时期的 pH 值变化。兹将测得结果列
Adrenaline injection has a very close relationship with the pH and filling capacity. Low filling capacity (more than the remaining space in the ampoules) can greatly reduce the PH value. The authors prepared epinephrine injection according to the prescriptions and methods contained in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1953 edition), page 232, and filled the solution with 20 ml of ampoule in 97%, 82%, 75%, and 50% capacity respectively. That is, some fillings are so full that the solution accounts for 97% of the total volume of the whole ampoule; some are filled less so that the solution only accounts for 50% of the total volume of the ampoule.
