目的:探讨中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者免疫功能的变化。方法:将38 例患者随机分为2 组,治疗组20 例和对照组18 例。2 组均口服酮替芬1 m g/d,连用3 个月,肌注丙种球蛋白,每半个月肌注1 支(10% ,每支3 m l),应用3 个月。治疗组在此基础上口服“哮喘固本方”,每日1 剂,连服3 个月。2 组患者均连续观察3 年。结果:临床疗效治疗组总有效率100.0% ,明显优于对照组66.7% (P< 0.01)。治疗组治疗后IgG、IgA、IgM 明显升高,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P< 0.05 和P< 0.01),与对照组治疗后比较也均有显著性差异(P< 0.05 和P< 0.01)。结论:支气管哮喘缓解期患者在西药治疗基础上,加用中药“哮喘固本方”治疗可提高患者免疫力,增强疗效 Objective: To explore the changes of immune function in patients with remission of bronchial asthma treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
