提出一种新型的玻璃纤维光纤光栅(GFRP-OFBG)智能复合筋传感器监测桥梁拉索应力。通过标定试验,得到GFRP-OFBG传感器的应力和温度传感特性。比较了不同直径的GFRP-OFBG传感器极限应变,得出直径为7 mm的GFRP-OFBG传感器适合桥梁拉索应力监测,其极限应变能达到8 000μs。最后,对GFRP-OF-BG传感器在拱桥系杆的布设工艺进行了探索,并在四川峨边大渡河拱桥系杆施工中得到了具体实施和应用,成功地监测了系杆的整个张拉过程。基于1年的监测数据,检验了系杆张拉效果及其判断了目前的运营状况。
A new type of fiberglass optical fiber grating (GFRP-OFBG) smart composite bar sensor is proposed to monitor the cable tension of bridge. Through the calibration test, the stress and temperature sensing characteristics of the GFRP-OFBG sensor are obtained. The GFRP-OFBG sensors with different diameters are compared with the ultimate strain, and the GFRP-OFBG sensor with a diameter of 7 mm is suitable for monitoring the cable tension of bridges with an ultimate strain energy of 8 000 μs. Finally, the deployment of GFRP-OF-BG sensor in the arch bridge tied rod was explored and the concrete construction and application of the Dadu River arch bridge tied in Ebian was carried out. The whole process of tensioning of the tie rod was successfully monitored . Based on the one-year monitoring data, the tie-rod tensioning effect was examined and the current operating conditions were judged.
