研究结果表明,高产杂交水稻有较多的~(32)P和~(14)C积集在分蘖和孔熟期的稻穗中,杂交水稻F_1乳熟期同化的~(14)C-葡萄糖向稻穗输送的百分率高。观察发现,杂交稻谷粒产量与~(14)C-葡萄糖在稻穗中分布及与IAP(输入积)之间的相关性高。低产杂交稻没有上述特性。放射性同位素~(32)P、~(14)C在分蘖和稻穗中的分布可作为预测杂交水稻F_1谷粒产量的指标。
