海藻酸钠-多聚赖氨酸-海藻酸钠(APA)微囊化猪甲状腺组织移植治疗28只实验性甲状腺功能减退大鼠,对照组17只移植非微囊化猪甲状腺组织。结果显示:移植后两组受体的T3、T4水平升高,其中对照组更为显著,但9周后明显下降,甚至低于移植前水平。而实验组保持持续升高,超过40周;移植后两组受体的TSH水平均明显下降,但以实验组为显著,而且持续降低超过40周。而对照组维持时间较短,移植9周后开始回升。移植后微胶囊回收率为100%,回收的微囊化甲状腺组织存活率达80%。
Twenty - eight experimental hypothyroidism rats were treated with alginate - polylysine - sodium alginate (APA) microencapsulated porcine thyroid tissue, and 17 mice in the control group were transplanted with non - microencapsulated porcine thyroid gland. The results showed that the levels of T3 and T4 in both groups increased after transplantation, especially in the control group, but decreased significantly after 9 weeks, even lower than that before transplantation. While the experimental group kept rising continuously for more than 40 weeks. The TSH levels of the two groups of recipients decreased significantly after transplantation, but the experimental group was significant and continued to decrease for more than 40 weeks. The control group maintained a short time, 9 weeks after transplantation began to rise. The recovery rate of microcapsules after transplantation was 100%, and the survival rate of recovered microencapsulated thyroid tissue was 80%.
