针对牛居油田抽油杆断脱问题,结合生产动态,综合分析造成抽油杆断脱的原因并提出相应的防治措施。通过该项研究,采油作业一区油井因抽油杆断脱而造成作业维护的井次将呈逐年下降趋势,不仅能稳定油井产量,更能获得良好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of the sucker rod breakage in Niuju Oilfield and the production dynamics, the causes of the sucker rod breakage are analyzed synthetically and corresponding control measures are put forward. Through this study, the number of wells in operation maintenance caused by the breakage of sucker rods in one oil well in a production operation area will show a downward trend year by year, which not only stabilizes well production but also obtains good economic benefits.
