食管黏膜白斑是食管黏膜发生角化过程中出现的白色斑块状变化,多发生于 40 岁以上男性病人。我们对1999年 3 月~2003 年 12 月的食管黏膜白斑131例临床及病理资料分析如下。1　临床资料1 1　一般情况　131 例均经胃镜加食管黏膜白斑病理学确诊,其中男 76 例,女55例;年龄 35 Esophageal leukoplakia is the occurrence of white plaque changes in the process of keratosis of esophageal mucosa, occurred in more than 40-year-old male patients. We analyzed the clinical and pathological data of 131 cases of esophageal leukoplakia from March 1999 to December 2003 as follows. 1 Clinical data 1 1 131 cases were diagnosed by endoscopy and esophageal mucosa leukoplakia pathogenesis, including 76 males and 55 females; aged 35
