定量评价了V形弯曲凸模在到达下死点后在板厚方向的压缩作用对减小回弹的影响。利用弹塑性有限元法对高强度钢板V形件的弯曲成形和回弹过程进行模拟,并通过实验进行验证。模拟结果显示:回弹随平均压强与抗拉强度比值的增大而减小;凸模圆角半径对回弹的影响不大;有限元网格划分影响回弹的模拟结果,细分网格并在与凸模接触的部分增加单元数量可改善回弹模拟精度;2D平面应变单元细分网格的模拟结果与实验结果一致。
The effect of the compression in the thickness direction of the V-shaped bending punch upon the bottom dead center is quantitatively evaluated to reduce the springback. The elasto-plastic finite element method was used to simulate the bending and rebounding process of high-strength steel V-shaped parts and the experiment was carried out. The simulation results show that the springback decreases with the increase of the ratio of the average pressure to the tensile strength, and the radius of the punch radius has little effect on the springback. The finite element mesh effects the springback simulation results, And increasing the number of units in contact with the punch can improve the simulation accuracy of springback. The simulation results of the subdivision grid of 2D plane strain cells are consistent with the experimental results.
