随着时代的飞速发展,教育体制的不断改革,职业学校管理越来越引起相关教育部门的高度重视,尤其是在针对职业学校的精细化管理上,要求越来越高,精细化管理已经逐步演变成职业学校的管理模式。从职业学校精细化管理的内涵、职业学校精细化管理的重要性以及职业学校精细化管理的实施策略等三个方面入手,意在提出有价值的管理建议,推动职业学校的精细化管理进程。
