我们正步入后金融危机时代,文化产业以其独有的高科技与高创意相结合的特征,在当前没有硝烟的国际文化市场争夺战中发挥着至关重要的作用。认清形势,抓住新一轮竞争机遇,发展文化产业对实现我国经济可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。波特所提出的“钻石模型”分析了一个国家某个产业何以会在国际上有较强的竞争力,文章借助这一理论模型对中国文化产业竞争力进行了相关要素的分析,同时对制定相关发展战略提出了建议。
We are entering the post-financial crisis era. With its unique combination of high technology and high creativity, the cultural industry is playing a crucial role in the current war of no competition in the international cultural market. Porter’s “Diamond Model ” analyzes why an industry in a country will have strong international competitiveness.
