设计并制作了一种新颖的扇面光束半导体激光器模块,并在模块中集成了高输出电压、高重复频率驱动电路。该模块由多个LD芯片在慢轴方向沿圆弧排列而成,采用微柱透镜和平凸柱面镜对LD快轴光束进行准直。驱动电路采用DC-DC电路产生高电压、采用门电路延迟法产生驱动电脉冲。实验测试表明:该模块峰值光功率为1 750W,光脉冲宽度为6ns,脉冲间隔为20μs,光束水平发散角为41.2°,垂直发散角为0.23°;可以实现大视场空间、低间隔时间光束发射。
A novel fan beam semiconductor laser module is designed and fabricated. The high output voltage and high repetition frequency driving circuit are integrated into the module. The module consists of a plurality of LD chips arranged along an arc in a slow axis direction. The LD fast axis beam is collimated by a micro-cylindrical lens and a plano-convex cylindrical mirror. Driving circuit uses DC-DC circuit to generate high voltage, using gate delay method to generate driving electric pulse. Experimental results show that the module has a peak optical power of 1 750 W, an optical pulse width of 6 ns, a pulse interval of 20 μs, a beam divergence angle of 41.2 ° and a vertical divergence angle of 0.23 °.
