我校学生从八二年开始参加全国各省、市、自治区联合数学竞赛以来,每次都取得较好的成绩。这主要是因为我们认识到培训数学竞赛选手,其目的不仅是使一部分学生能在竞赛中获奖,更重要的是培养有创造性的人才。因此我们把选拔、培训选手,贯彻在平时的工作中,而不仅仅依靠赛前的集训。我们注意做好“选苗”工作,先由任课老师提出初步名单,其依据主要是学生的素质,包括数学基础、思维能力和反应速度等,然后进行必要的考核。对选拔出来的学生,我们通过下述办法提高他
Since our students began participating in the joint mathematics competitions of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in 1982, they have achieved good results each time.
