目的:研究复方血栓通用于早期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果及对血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2016年7月我院收治的68例早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为复方血栓通组(n=34)和对照组(n=34)。对照组应用常规治疗方法治疗,复方血栓通组在此基础上应用复方血栓通治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、治疗前后出血斑面积、视野灰度值、黄斑厚度以及血管瘤体积情况、血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平的变化情况以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后,复方血栓通组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,而复发率则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组出血斑面积、视野灰度值、黄斑厚度、血管瘤体积以及血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平均较治疗前均明显下降,且与对照组相比,复方血栓通组下降程度更明显(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:复方血栓通可有效降低早期糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清VEGF、IGF-1、NSE水平,减少复发,延缓血管增殖,改善患者视网膜状况,临床疗效显著。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of compound thrombosis applied to early diabetic retinopathy and its effect on serum VEGF, IGF-1 and NSE levels. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with early diabetic retinopathy who were admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table: compound Xueshuantong (n = 34) and control group (n = 34) ). The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the compound Xueshuantong group was treated with compound Xueshuantong. The clinical curative effect, the area of bleeding spot, the gray value of visual field, the thickness of the macula and the volume of hemangiomas, the changes of serum VEGF, IGF-1, NSE levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the compound Xueshuantong group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Bleeding spot area, visual field gray value, macular thickness, hemangioma volume, serum VEGF, IGF-1, NSE levels in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and compared with the control group, the compound Xueshuantong group decreased more obviously (P <0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion: Xueshuantong can effectively reduce the serum levels of VEGF, IGF-1 and NSE in patients with early diabetic retinopathy, reduce recurrence, delay the proliferation of blood vessels and improve the retinal status in patients with significant clinical curative effect.
