加速发展连铸,已取得共识。新老钢厂上连铸的积极性很高,许多单位竭力挤出资金争先上连铸。因此,目前主要已不是上不上连铸的问题,而是如何上的问题。我国连铸发展已经跨入一个新阶段。我们的认识和要求亦必须上升到同这个新阶段相适应,才能更有利于我国连铸的加速发展,确保1996、2000年全国连铸比战略目标的实现。
Accelerated development of continuous casting, has reached consensus. The enthusiasm of new and old mills on the continuous casting is very high, and many units try their best to squeeze out the capital for the first continuous casting. Therefore, at present, it is not the issue of continuous casting, but the problem on the main. China’s continuous casting development has entered a new stage. Our understanding and requirements must also be increased to adapt to this new stage so as to be more conducive to the accelerated development of continuous casting in our country and ensure the realization of the strategic objective of the national continuous casting in 1996 and 2000.
