随着现代化经济的不断发展,各行各业在其经营管理过程中,或多或少的出现了各种各样的问题,其中主要体现在企业的风险管控方面。在本文中,首先对风险管理和内部控制的基本含义进行了概述;其次对风险管理和内部控制的关系进行了分析;最后提出了内部控制在企业风险管理中的作用。
With the continuous development of modern economy, all walks of life in its management process, more or less a variety of problems, which is mainly reflected in the enterprise risk control. In this paper, firstly, the basic meaning of risk management and internal control are summarized; second, the relationship between risk management and internal control is analyzed; finally, the function of internal control in enterprise risk management is put forward.
