以还原糖平均分子量为 50 0、 1 0 0 0、 1 50 0、 2 0 0 0、 3 0 0 0的壳寡糖作诱导剂 ,分别对纹枯病具不同抗性的Lemont、特青以及七苗香等水稻品种苗期及抽穗期进行了几丁质酶诱导试验。结果表明 :分子量不同的壳寡糖对供试水稻品种叶片几丁质酶的诱导作用不同 ,分子量为 1 50 0的壳寡糖诱导效果最佳 ,而分子量为 50 0的壳寡糖诱导效果最差。比较苗期及抽穗期诱导速度 ,苗期快于抽穗期 ;水稻品种对纹枯病的抗性不同 ,其几丁质酶诱导能力也不同 ,无论是苗期还是抽穗期 ,抗病能力强的水稻品种 ,几丁质酶的诱导水平也高
Chitooligosaccharides with different molecular weights of reducing sugar (50 0, 1 0 0 0, 1 50 0, 2 0 0 0, 0 0 0 0) were used as inducers, Lemont, Teqing and Qi Miaomiao rice varieties such as seedling stage and heading stage chitinase induction test. The results showed that chitooligosaccharides with different molecular weights had different inducing effects on the chitinase activity in leaves of tested rice varieties, the chitooligosaccharide with the molecular weight of 1 50 0 had the best induction effect, while the chitooligosaccharide with the molecular weight of 50 0 had the best inducing effect difference. The induction rate of seedling stage and heading stage was faster than that of heading stage. The resistance of rice cultivars to sheath blight was different, and their ability to induce chitinase was also different.
