《皇甫()墓志》,全称《魏故泾雍二州别驾安西平西二府长史新平安定清水武始四郡太守皇甫君墓志铭》,北魏延昌四年(515年)刻,清咸丰年间于陕西县(今户县)出土。石高116厘米,宽70厘米。魏楷书,23行,行40字。曾归长白端方、天津金浚宣收藏。文字点画瘦劲刚健,以单刀偏锋刻成,一面光润,一面斑驳,在北魏墓志中风格卓异。《元彦墓志》,北魏熙平元年(516年)刻。民国六年(1917年)于河南洛阳城北南陈庄西北出
