基于2013年南开大学等高校联合课题组在中国8个城市的“流动人口管理和服务对策研究”调查数据,统计分析了正规就业条件下流动人口工作满意度的影响因素,并探讨了户籍对工作满意度的调节作用。研究发现,年龄与工作满意度呈现倒U型相关;学历、收入与工作满意度存在显著的正相关关系;工作时间、居住变更与工作满意度存在负相关关系;就业类型与工作满意度有一定的相关性;流动人口工作满意度的影响要素确实存在城乡差异。
