盐胁迫对不同生境白榆生理特性与耐盐性的影响

以中强度盐土、轻度盐土和非盐土3种生境白榆种子实生苗为试验材料,研究了不同程度盐胁迫(CK、2、4、6、8和10g·kg-1)条件下3种生境白榆幼苗的耐盐阈值及生理特性.结果表明:随着土壤盐浓度的增加,中强度和轻度盐土生境白榆幼苗叶片的细胞膜透性、Na+含量和Na+/K+增幅低于非盐土生境;叶片的脯氨酸、可溶性糖和K+含量增幅高于非盐土生境;叶片淀粉含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度和气孔导度降幅小于非盐土生境.不同生境白榆耐盐性的强弱顺序为:中强度盐土生境(7.76g·kg-1)>轻度盐土生境(7.37g·kg-1)>非盐土生境(6.95g·kg-1).与非盐土生境相比,中强度和轻度盐土生境白榆各项生理指标对盐土环境的适应能力更强. The seedlings of Ulmus pumila seedlings from three kinds of habitats of moderately saline soil, mild saline soil and non-saline soil were used as experimental materials to study the effects of salt stress (CK, 2,4,6,8 and 10 g · kg -1) Salt tolerance threshold and physiological characteristics of Ulmus pumila seedlings were studied.The results showed that with the increase of soil salt concentration, the membrane permeability, Na + content and Na + / K + increase of leaves of Ulmus pumila seedling in medium and mild saline soil were lower than those in non-saline soil Habitat, proline, soluble sugar and K + content of leaves increased more than that of non-saline soil habitat.The leaf starch content, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and stomatal conductance decreased less than non-saline soil habitat. (7.76g · kg-1), mild salt soil habitat (7.37g · kg-1) and non-saline soil habitat (6.95g · kg-1) .Compared with non-saline soil habitat The physiological indexes of Ulmus pumila in medium and light saline habitat were more adaptable to saline environment.
