目的探讨联合检测凋亡调控基因-1(BAG-1)蛋白、糖链抗原242(CA242)与癌胚抗原(CEA)肿瘤标志物在结直肠癌诊断中的应用。方法选取深圳市宝安区中心医院2013年1月—2014年12月收治的结直肠癌患者80例为研究组(按TNM分期分组:I期10例为I组,Ⅱ期30例为Ⅱ组,Ⅲ期32例为Ⅲ组,Ⅳ期8例为Ⅳ组),研究组患者均选取人结肠癌手术切除及化疗治疗,治疗有效54例为有效组,治疗无效26例为无效组,将同时期其他结直肠患者100例作为对照组,检测各组血清中BAG-1蛋白、CA242与CEA肿瘤标志物含量,并对各组检测结果进行比较分析。结果治疗前,研究组BAG-1蛋白、CA242与CEA肿瘤标志物含量分别为(52.96±16.75)U/m L、(228.90±76.31)U/m L和(49.08±5.71)ng/m L,对照组分别为(8.56±2.41)U/m L、(7.32±4.31)U/m L和(2.44±0.51)ng/m L,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组结肠癌分期患者血清BAG-1蛋白、CA242与CEA肿瘤标志物检测之间差异显著,I组<Ⅱ组<Ⅲ组<Ⅳ组,TNM分期越高,含量越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清BAG-1蛋白、CA242与CEA肿瘤标志物单项结果检测每个期检测结果均低于联合检测结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,有效组BAG-1蛋白、CA242与CEA肿瘤标志物含量明显低于无效组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合检测BAG-1蛋白、CA242与CEA肿瘤标志物能提高结直肠癌诊断的准确率,对结直肠癌的辅助诊断有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application of combined detection of BAG-1 protein, carbohydrate antigen 242 (CA242) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) tumor markers in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Methods Eighty patients with colorectal cancer admitted from January 2013 to December 2014 in Central Hospital of Bao’an District of Shenzhen City were selected as study group (according to TNM stage I group, 10 cases were Group I, and 30 cases were Group II, 32 cases in stage Ⅲ were group Ⅲ and 8 cases in stage Ⅳ were Ⅳ). All the patients in study group were selected for surgical resection and chemotherapy of colon cancer. The effective treatment was 54 cases and the ineffective treatment was ineffective in 26 cases. 100 cases of other patients with colorectal cancer as a control group, the detection of serum BAG-1 protein, CA242 and CEA tumor marker content, and the results of each test were compared. Results Before treatment, the levels of tumor markers BAG-1, CA242 and CEA in the study group were (52.96 ± 16.75) U / m L, (228.90 ± 76.31) U / m L and (49.08 ± 5.71) ng / The control group were (8.56 ± 2.41) U / m L, (7.32 ± 4.31) U / m L and (2.44 ± 0.51) ng / m L respectively. The study group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in serum BAG-1 protein, CA242 and CEA tumor markers between the study group and the colon cancer group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). The detection results of single result of serum BAG-1 protein, CA242 and CEA tumor markers in each period were lower than those in combined test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); After treatment, The effective group BAG-1 protein, CA242 and CEA tumor markers were significantly lower than the ineffective group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The combined detection of BAG-1 protein, CA242 and CEA tumor markers can improve the accuracy of colorectal cancer diagnosis and has a high clinical value for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
