建筑业营改增后,主要为建筑业提供租赁服务的建筑租赁业不但没有获得长足发展,相反其利润有随建筑业营改增进程的加快进一步下滑的趋势。文中较为详细地分析了这种现象产生的原因和目前建筑租赁业存在的一些主要问题,提出了一些积极应对策略,以期为营改增后建筑租赁业的发展壮大提供一些有益参考。
After the construction business has been increased, the construction leasing industry, which mainly provides leasing services for the construction industry, has not achieved any significant development. On the contrary, its profit has the tendency of further declining as the construction business operation increases. This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon in detail and some major problems existing in the current building lease industry, and puts forward some positive countermeasures in order to provide some useful references for the development of the building lease industry after the VAT reform.
