This article discusses how to use inventory to solve the inventory of open-pit mineral stocks, this issue has important economic significance. The annual actual consumption of materials in Shirengou Open-pit Mine has been classified as A, B and C respectively. The A + B materials in this mine account for 41.19% of the total, while the occupied funds account for 94.5% of the total. Therefore, the research focuses on A , Class B materials. Open-pit mineral consumption is random changes in the statistical data analysis found that: Motor Division and Automotive Management Section of the spare parts consumption of 80% subject to a negative exponential distribution, about 20% subject to normal distribution; Supply and Demand Division material consumption is subject to positive State distribution. According to the domestic and international experience, according to the actual situation of the opencast mine, the author proposes to adopt [T, Q, ss, S] inventory control method and index calculation formula: Order Quantity Q ~ * = (24AD / rc) Interval T = (24A / rcD) ~ (1/2) safety stock quantity ss = K · σ (T ten L) D alarm point S = L_2 + Kσ_ (DL_2) Q, T with a definite mathematical model; ss , S with a random model, with the distribution of safety factor K value. The results show that the actual average inventory of open-pit mines is much larger than reasonable inventory, nearly 60% of the materials are more than 10 times and more than 40 times of individual ones, which can not effectively use the working capital and affect the economic benefits, and the materials can not be carried domestically Reasonable allocation.
