合金晶界和晶内的主要存在相为粒状和小块状M_6C和MC型碳化物及大都与基体保持共格关系的尺寸约为88nm的球形γ′相。测定了它们的化学组成,发现M_6C大都为A_3B_3C,MC中含有较高的钛,M_6C中含有较高的钼,γ′中钛含量较低,但含有一定的钨量。合金的高温强化机制为;γ′相周围的较高应力场对位错运动的阻碍和γ′的较高反相畴界能使超点阵位错难于切割通过;数量较多的M_6C和MC的有效高温强化。
The main grain boundary and intragranular phases are granular and small M_6C and MC type carbides and the spherical γ ’phase with a size of about 88 nm, which is mostly coherent with the matrix. Their chemical compositions were determined. Most of M_6C was found to be A_3B_3C, while MC contained higher levels of titanium. M_6C contained higher levels of molybdenum. The content of titanium in γ ’was lower but contained a certain amount of tungsten. The high-temperature strengthening mechanism of the alloy is: the higher stress field around the γ ’phase hinders the dislocation movement and the higher inverse phase boundary of γ’ makes the superlattice dislocation difficult to cut through; the larger number of M_6C and MC Effective high temperature strengthening.
