为了提升教学质量与管理效益,近几年,很多高校在绩效考核改革的过程中尝试构建科学合理的评价体系,实施“双量考核”办法,取得了显著成效。与传统考评办法相比,“双量考核”更注重结果与过程并重,教书与育人并重,奖惩与发展并重,常规与创新并重,体现了现代教育评价的先进理念与价值取向。
In order to improve teaching quality and management efficiency, in recent years, many colleges and universities try to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation system in the process of performance appraisal reform, and have achieved remarkable results by implementing the “double quantity test” approach. Compared with the traditional evaluation methods, “double amount of examination ” pay more attention to both the results and the process, pay equal attention to teaching and educating, equal emphasis on reward and punishment and development, both routine and innovation, embodies the modern educational evaluation of advanced concepts and value orientation.
